I am a PhD student advised by Cristian Sminchisescu.

My current interests lie in video understanding, with a focus on analyzing humans. Ideally, I would like to show that techniques such as self-supervised learning and weakly-supervised learning can bring significant contributions to video understanding.

Before starting my PhD, I received an IMPRS-CS scholarship and fellowship from the Max Planck Institute for Informatics for the duration of my MSc. There, under the supervision of Bernt Schiele, I wrote a MSc thesis on semi-supervised tracking of humans and did research on refining human body pose estimation.
